1. The WE918 electric wheel loader utilizes an electronically controlled powershift transmission specifically designed for electric loaders. Driven by a high-power single motor and equipped with a reinforced drive axle, it offers flexible high and low speed switching, resulting in high transmission efficiency, strong traction, and rapid acceleration. Its operating efficiency is 10% higher than that of other brands.

2. The WE918 electric wheel loader utilizes advanced components, including a hydraulic pilot control system, a low-noise gear pump, a priority valve, a load-sensing steering gear, and a hydraulically controlled multi-way directional control valve with a pressure sensor. The oil pump motor operates on demand and stops when not in use, significantly reducing energy consumption.

Regarding battery life, a key concern for customers, the WE918 electric wheel loader offers dual-capacity battery options: 60kWh and 80kWh high-energy-density lithium iron phosphate batteries are available to meet varying operating time requirements. Furthermore, a 300A single-gun fast-charging system fully charges in 2.5 hours, resulting in a battery life of up to 7.5 hours. An auxiliary energy recovery control system further reduces energy consumption, and an advanced battery management system ensures the battery is in the optimal working area, extending battery life. A concealed national standard charging port ensures safe and convenient charging. The battery has a service life of over five years and a cycle life of over 3,000 cycles, delivering stable performance and powerful power.

4. The WE918 electric wheel loader has a rated working load of 1.8 tons, a flexible dump height of 3.5-4.5 meters, and a tipping load of up to 3.7 tons. It features a high operating height, strong breakout force, and excellent automatic leveling, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. The overall machine structure is computer-optimized, and the front and rear frames utilize a heavy-duty, integral frame structure for superior resistance to drag and impact. The machine features an articulated frame and ±35° fully hydraulic steering for smooth operation. The fully hydraulic braking system, with anti-slip function on slopes, ensures safe and reliable driving and parking. Flexible adaptability: Optional quick-change devices, log-gripping forks, and flat forks adapt to various operating conditions, enabling multi-purpose use of the machine.
